1. Warranty Policy
- Acceptance of complaints: We accept all customer complaints related to the use of the company’s services.
- Warranty procedures: For all warranty cases, customers can contact us to proceed with the warranty procedures.
- Warranty standards: Warranty is provided according to the manufacturer’s standards, depending on the specific product and its warranty period.
2. Return / Refund Policy
- Product inspection upon delivery: Upon receiving the goods, please check the delivered items carefully. After delivery, minhvankhang.com.vn DOES NOT APPLY a product return policy. Therefore, upon receipt, please CHECK THE GOODS VERY CAREFULLY. If you detect that the goods are damaged due to the transportation process or have expired, please call immediately via the phone number at the address where you placed the order to notify minhvankhang.com.vn about the unsatisfactory condition of the received goods.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD): If you detect that the goods are expired, do not ensure quality, or are damaged due to the transportation process,… please do not accept the goods and do not make payments to the delivery staff.
- For Advance Bank Transfer / Post-payment Delivery: If you detect that the goods are expired, do not ensure quality, or are damaged due to the transportation process,… please do not accept the goods. Proceed to create a written record confirming the condition of the goods. You and our delivery staff will sign to confirm the incident in the document. We will take the goods back.
- Processing time: Based on the actual goods and the aforementioned record, we will proceed to exchange for another product for the customer within 2 working days. If the customer no longer wishes to use the product, we will refund 100% of the amount transferred by the customer after 7 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays). If you have not received the refund within 7 working days, please feedback to us so we can re-check the transfer status.

3. Payment Policy
There are 2 payment methods; customers can choose the most convenient and suitable option for themselves:
- Method 1: Direct cash payment to the company at the following address: 2nd Floor, Lilama Mixed-use High-rise Residential and Office Building, No. 124 Minh Khai – Tuong Mai Ward – Hanoi City – Vietnam.
- Method 2: Payment via bank transfer.
- Detailed information about the account will be sent to the customer’s email.
- Note: The transfer content must clearly state the information. We commit to transparent, legal business operations, selling quality goods with clear origins.
4. Shipping Policy
- Shipping methods will be discussed specifically between the two parties (the buyer and the seller) to best suit the situation of both sides.
- Shipping will be executed once all transactions are completed.
- We always ensure shipping quality for customers; goods are always intact when delivered to the recipient.
