D-Cerno DECIDE & L-DECIDE: Integrated Conference Platform with Smart Voting:

D-Cerno DECIDE is a comprehensive conferencing solution that combines digital audio processing with integrated voting capabilities. It is ideal for organizations requiring transparent, democratic decision-making processes, such as city councils, local government bodies, school boards, and courtrooms.

A key feature of the D-Cerno DECIDE is its ability to integrate voting functionality directly into the hardware unit, eliminating the need for separate voting devices. With the optional L-DECIDE license upgrade, the unit provides up to five programmable voting buttons, supporting a wide range of democratic voting procedures—from simple “Yes/No” decisions to complex multiple-choice polls. Voting results are displayed in real-time on a web-based digital interface, ensuring immediate transparency.

An additional programmable button allows for custom system integrations, such as summoning witnesses in court, controlling audio routing, or managing projectors and recording systems. The D-Cerno DECIDE can be flexibly configured via software—without physical modification—to function as either a standard Delegate unit or a Chairperson unit. Chairperson units feature dedicated “PRIOR” and “NEXT-IN-LINE” buttons for basic coordination, while the D-Cerno Advanced license unlocks comprehensive microphone management capabilities.

D-Cerno L-DECIDE: License for Voting and Language Channel Selection

The D-Cerno L-DECIDE license unlocks voting and language selection functions on the D-Cerno DECIDE unit. It enables the display of up to five digital voting options, offering maximum flexibility for any voting process. Voting options are defined via configurable voting templates within the web-based interface integrated into the D-Cerno AE central unit.

When activated, the color-coded voting buttons allow real-time results to be displayed on digital screens. Units configured as Chairman units feature additional controls to independently start and stop voting sessions, empowering the chairperson to manage meetings smoothly and autonomously.

Beyond voting capabilities, the L-DECIDE unit includes a programmable button for custom tasks and a 2-channel language selector, making the D-Cerno DECIDE an effective choice for multilingual environments. Through a web-based configuration interface, users can set up voting templates, assign seat labels for speaker and voting lists, and download voting reports for official records.

D-Cerno DISCUSS: Dedicated Discussion Microphone Units

For projects with modest budgets or meetings that prioritize discussion over complex features, the D-Cerno DISCUSS C (Chairman) and D (Delegate) units offer the ideal solution.

The D-Cerno DISCUSS C is designed for the chairperson, combining an elegant aesthetic with advanced digital signal processing and plug-and-play functionality. Its slim, discreet profile allows it to blend seamlessly into any meeting room environment.

The system delivers crystal-clear audio and superior speech intelligibility, thanks to digital signal processing and microphones shielded against mobile phone interference. The plug-and-play design simplifies installation; units are connected via Cat-5 cables in a daisy-chain configuration featuring unique redundancy capabilities to ensure uninterrupted discussions. Compared to the D-Cerno DISCUSS D delegate unit, the D-Cerno DISCUSS C features two additional key buttons: “Priority” and “Next-in-Line.” The “Priority” button allows the chairperson to mute all delegate microphones, leaving the floor open only for the chairperson to speak. The “Next-in-Line” button grants speaking rights to the next participant in the queue of those who have previously requested to speak.

The D-Cerno DISCUSS C is compatible with screw-locking D-MIC microphones, which are available in various lengths (30, 40, 50, and 60 cm). Both the D-Cerno DECIDE and D-Cerno DISCUSS series feature dual digital bus connections (RJ45), a 3.5mm headphone output, and a high-quality built-in loudspeaker.
